SUMMARY: Security review/overhaul
         
DETAIL: COMPLETE review and overhaul of al- file ownerships and  permissions both at installation,
and internal to the software (exports, open, etc.), as well as implementation of the ability
for filePro to honor the normal, everyday, ubiquitous umask setting inherent to the OS.
