SUMMARY: new system variable to disable F4 update from I/U/A menu
DETAIL: would like a new system variable, PFF4IUAUPDATE=ON|OFF to disable the F4 (DELL)
key from going into update mode on a record from Inquire, Update, Add Menu.
I very much doubt that many people use it at all anyway, and having people/code mistakenly
assume they can block update with an @keyU label with this gaping hole should be preventable.
