@CB and @UB for Windows version

SUMMARY: Need @CB and @UB for Windows version

DETAIL: My Windows customers would really appreciate the currently
Unix-only feature of @CB and @UB.
My understanding is that filePro stores the user number in a 3 digit field for each
@CB and @UB for each record rather than the user's name.  
This works great in Unix because the /etc/passwd file give the program a
way to convert the number into a name to display.  (we all know that if a user is deleted,
the user number appears in these fields instead of the name - which is no longer there.)
So why can't we have a 'configuration' type file for the Windows version that would have a column for manual
