I am at the License File Download area, and I filled in all the information I know.
How can I find the hardware information I need for the license?

Ethernet MAC Address:
The MAC address of the primary ethernet adapter of the machine where filePro Plus is installed.
Example:
00-11-0A-A3-4A-1C (delimiter can be either dash '-' or colon ':')
Where to find it:
*Windows:
At the command prompt,
enter "ipconfig /all" (no quotes) followed by the <ENTER> key.
The MAC address will probably be listed as "Physical Address".

*Unix:
At the command prompt,
enter "ifconfig -a" (no quotes) followed by the <ENTER> key.
The MAC address is usually the last item listed.

Hard Drive Serial Number (Windows Only)
The serial number of the hard drive on which filePro Plus is installed.
Example:
ASDF-1234
Where to Find it:
At the command prompt,
enter the command "dir /p /w" (no quotes) followed by the <ENTER> key.

Windows Product ID (Windows Only)
The product ID of the PC that is running filePro Plus.
Example:
66273-OEM-0011029-11202
Where to find it:
Right click "My Computer"
click "Properties"
then click the "General" tab.
The Product ID is listed just under the "Registered To:" label.

SCO Serial Number (SCO Unix Only)
The serial number of the SCO server on which filePro Plus is running.
Example:

Where to find it:
At the command prompt on a SCO Unix machine,
simply enter "uname -X" (no quotes) followed by the <ENTER> key.

Fully Qualified  Domain Name
The fully qualified domain name to which the machine running filePro Plus belongs.
Example:
atlas.arc.nasa.gov
Where to Find it:
At the command prompt on a SCO Unix machine,
simnply enter "hostname" (no quotes) followed by the <ENTER> key.
