fpcgi Field_ guide

Can anyone point me in the direction of the docs for fpcgi?  The whole thing would be nice, but specifically I'm looking for the available "Field_"s.

On the install media in the fpcgihtmcsco compressed file, in the htdocs directory.  These files might be in your installation on your hard drive depending on how you installed.

Thanks Randall.  I don't have the install media and there was no file in the htdocs dir, but fpsupport was kind enough to email the archive.

Also, my original account was deleted (?) and so have this one now instead. Weirdness.
