I installed filepro 5.0.14 about 3 years ago and then the client lost interest in the upgrade.

We are now trying to get it going so that we can get rid of an old SCO UNIX installation.

I seem to be having trouble with permissions.
I got all of the files set as group read/write and owner read/write with the owner as filepro:filepro.

However, when printing a report, filepro produces a temporary file that is read/write by the filepro owner but has no group access rights so I get an error:

"Cannot Open Temporary Index
/fpro/appl/tmp/rpNIK4iQ: Permission denied

This makes sense since the user is not filepro but is a member of the filepro group.

Am I missing some simple setting?
