Export entire file

Does anyone know the easyist way to export a entire file with all data included? I have a file with 405 different fields.

there is no one-step method to do this, besides you didn't say what you want to export to so would be tough to answer.
Jeff Harrison <jeffaharrison@yahoo.com> sells a code-generator that exports to csv and many other formats - pretty cheap, too.  calls it JHEXPORT
look into it if you want to save time - don't know current price, but was not that expensive last time i looked
