Printing problem; I have forgotten how to do it. New at using Vista.

Haven't used my FilePro data in over a year and have forgotten how to print out my selected data. Please help

You can use the local printer name as shown in the Window's or the UNC path for the printer with the prefix WIN: in filePro Printer Maintenance.

For local printer name, make a note of the printer name in the Window's Printer Control Panel and enter the value in filePro Printer Maintenance as the destination e.g. WIN:win_printer_name where "win_printer_name" exactly matches your Window's printer name.

If the printer is a network printer, use "WIN:\\machine_name\printer_share_name where "machine_name" is the computer name where the printer is attached and Printer_share_name is the Window's published Share Name.
