printing on bundle

hi every body

can some body help me

I have an epson dfx-5000+, i'd like to print ticket on bundle, i do it but the printer refuse to respect the bundle height.
The printer checking test is correct , but after tree or four tickets printed it begin to get over the size of the bundle .
I don't know how can i fixe this, so pls help me.
