out.* file format

I'm trying to write an interactive debugger for filepro in PHP, I have a good bit working which replaces "132" with the actual field name from the map file etc, but now I'm in need of  the file structure for the file format of the output screens (out.XXXX) anywhere know where I can find the file structure?

The format of the filePro files are available on the fPTech website.  Click on "support" and then "filePro® Plus™ Technical Papers".
