Is there a way to use @CB and @UB and not show the ID.....the @ID command shows the current user's name not the ID...this sounds like I should be able to convert @CB or  @UB to the name.  Or is there some other @ field I should be using?

Thank You,
Tim

Tim,

filePro uses the system user ID's for @CB and @UB. You will need to establish user accounts on your system with the same UID & names as previously used to properly display the name of the person that created or updated records.
