F keys on filepro terminal - don't work

just a reminder and hopefully this will help someone else w/o paying for filepro support----!!

Make sure your keyboard does not have an F key lock button which will disable the F key functions in filepro.

I know its dumb but that's what happened to us.

also, some of dem fancy schmancy multi-media keyboards override some function keys for their own use.  one must disable the software to allow filepro to use all f-keys.
