New Technical Support Service Plan Options

In response to requests for a revised technical support pricing list, fP Technologies, Inc. has developed new plan options.

Please review the Technical Support Services Agreement on our website under Support Information.

You will notice that support is no longer based on the customer's filePro products and user count,
but is based on support incidents per year.

An incidence or support call can pertain to ANY supported filePro product.
