"Permission Denied" when printing with filePro GI

Why do I get a "Permission Denied" message when attempting to print when
using fileProGI even though I am able to print to the same printer using
character-based filePro?

Window's requires that services have permission to use attached devices.
Create a user on your server with minimal priveleges for example "giserver".

Once the user has been created, change the properties for the GIserver
service "Logon" properties to use
"This account" rather than having the service use the "Local system account"
and identify "giserver" as the user.

This should eliminate the "Permission Denied" error for the printer.
