By "Oki 14e" I assume you mean the "OKIPAGE 14e"?

According to Okidata, http://my.okidata.com/PDS_Art.nsf/55d3f55c7a6be9df8525698c00427c5c/064827f5b35dc9248525699100743d24/$FILE/OP14_Data_Sheet.pdf (or http://my.okidata.com/PP-OKIPAGE14e.nsf?opendatabase and click "product specs" if you have problems with the other link), that printer is not compatible with PCL 3 and PCL5:

Emulations: PCL 6; Adobe PostScript Level 2 (OKIPAGE 14i); Epson FX; IBM ProPrinter III XL (9-pin)

Note that PCL 6 is not compatible with older versions of PCL.  You will need to use one of the other emulations for which there is a filePro print code table, or use the FP2RTF printer.  (There is a readme somewhere on the FP2RTF printer, but I am not certain as to where you can find it.)

Thank you for your responce.

In using the fp2rtf, every item comes up with numerous "par" notations (for lack of a better word).  Is there a way of eliminating this word from coming up???

Thanks in advance.

It sounds like you are trying to print the .rtf file directly. You are supposed to read it into a word processor.  When set up properly, the "Atlantis" word processor supplied with filepro would launch automatically as I recall. Then you just print through the windows printer driver.
