Topic: dprodir/ddir/filePro directory - ask for creation passwords only when appropriat

I would like to see ddir/dprodir changed for the following:

a) Creation programs ONLY should be protected by creation password.
It should be allowed to delete key/data/lockfile/demand-indexes/selection sets/browse formats
without a password

and
b) a new runtime command-line flag to put creation password on command line so that certain options that do require password for will not need end user to know it.
