PFMBTO seems to work only on the very first DKNF error - but none following.
We are trying to track down the cause of the DKNF errors - but found this strangeness setting PFMBTO=1.

This problem has been duplicated on 5.6.02D4 in dclerk and dreport.  Only the first MSGBOX gets responded to when PFMBTO=1 is set and exported.  I have sent 2 small prc. tables that duplicate the problem in both clerk and report to fpsupport.
