SUMMARY: ability to flag printers NOT to be part of -pq picklist

DETAIL: would like to be able to protect printers used by filepro and defined
in printer maintenance from being included in '-pq' printer picklist.  
For example check printers, printers with pre-printed forms, bob's special personal printer, etc.|
